Performance of patent researches of scientific and technical development and objects of technical equipment in volume of examination on patent cleanliness, researches of a technological level of object of technical equipment and tendencies of development, performance of information search on a level of technical equipment of prospective object of patenting with the purpose of revealing analogues of the technical decision, carrying out of information search on various themes and directions (thematic, nomenclature, patent, nominal), performance of analytical survey on various branches of technical equipment, service of the organizations and citizens in the field of the patent and scientific and technical information;
Preparation and registration of materials of applications for the inventions useful to model, industrial samples, trade marks, on the right of use of the name of a place of an origin of the goods, on registration of programs of the COMPUTER, databases, topology of integrated microcircuits for their submission in national and-or international departments with the purpose of reception of protection of these objects in territory of these countries and-or countries - participants of the international and regional Agreements; registration of legal documents, conducting office-work and the control of passage of applications over departments;
Realization of functions of the patent attorney, the representative or the agent at conducting office-work and by consideration in Patent departments, courts or other organizations of the questions connected to reception of protection and maintenance in operation of security documents, and also protection of the rights of owners of the intellectual and industrial property in territory of the Russian Federation and abroad;

Carrying out of market condition researches, revealing of regions of export and import, choice of regions of realization and maintenance of protection of the rights of owners of objects of the intellectual and industrial property from a unfair competition or infringement of the property rights;
Performance of translations of the scientific and technical and patent-legal documentation;
Realization of representation and agency functions in territory of the Russian Federation or abroad.
